What is the best treatment for bacterial vaginosis??Metrogel hasn't worked.?

Symptoms come back as soon as I finish the meds.
I have seen a doctor. I am asking for those who have personal experience to answer, not just opinions.(Unless you are a doctor)

Flagyl is supposed to be the best treatment for BV. It’s an oral medication you take 2x a day for 1 week. Make sure you eat right before you take it. If I didn’t eat it bothered my stomach.

    i don't know but it sure sounds awful…..Seeing this makes me feel lucky I'm a guy and don't have to worry about that goopy,

    It might not be bacterial vaginosis…or you might need an oral medication…you need to see your doctor to get a good exam.
