My docs always say DO NOT douche but if you are going to keep it to maybe once a month or every couple of months….also if you’re having a cycle every 3 to 4 months that’s a problem you need to check with your GYN about as well.

Question…You said that when women have cycles they should not have to douche…but what if their cycles are abnormal, let’s say every 3-4 months, would you recomned they douche more often or what would you reccomend?

Good vid sis. But you forgot to mention that women eat way too much sugar processed food and animal flesh especially red meat and pork. It decomposes in the body causing odor.

Yeah that’s what the docs say. The menstrual cycle is apart of the cleaning process. So according to them if you have a normal period every month you shouldn’t have to douche…but then they give ladies all these different ways to not have a period of to have a period a couple of time a year! I personally think it’s fine to douche at least once a month….mainly for me after my cycle…but the pros say not at all! They know were gonna do it though….LOL!

Girl I go for my yearly pap and the doctor told me that it’s not good to douche and i had to keep it real Laverne and y’all….I told her that if the body self cleans then why do women have all these diseases and cancers if it self cleanses. Oh no! I told her that I believe it was made for a reason and I gotta use it.
I had a lady tell me that she didn’t used to douche but now she does because she used to use tampons and when she douched she saw some of the cotton but the body cleans?
