was diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis and just started taking the antibiotics today. The doctor prescribed me 500 mg, 2 a day for 7 days. I have heard that sometimes it doesn't clear the infection and also sometimes causes yeast infection. My doctor said nothing about yeast, how will i know if my infection is cleared after taking the antibiotics, or if i have formed a yeast infection. Also, has anyone had to taket his antibiotic?
