Rid Of Bacterial Vaginosis
June 7th, 2009Treatment for monthly Bacterial Vaginosis?
June 6th, 2009Each and every month I get BV. My OB/GYN usually just prescribes Flagyl (sp?) I have also tried the gel for 5 nights. We have tried a higher dose of the medicine and have even tried using the gel twice a week for a month.
Even after all this I still get BV every month.
I hate this. Does anyone know what kind of specialist I could see or know of any type of treatment that may work better for me?
I have tried the yogurt thing and I do take acidolphus (sp?) daily.
Please let me know if you have ANY advice!!!!!
Just a side note to add…. I am very good about personal hygine and using only non-sented soaps ect. I do not reuse towels. once I have used them once they go in the wash.
